Series
Ice Seller 101
One story, six episodes, one advisory board: you. Every episode ends on a decision — the next one opens with the result.
Episode 1
The Bicycle
She needs €500 for a bicycle. Day one brings 100 ice creams sold, €100 in revenue and €50 in profit — and shows why those last two numbers get mixed up so reliably.
Episode 2
The Surprise
A second seller at €5 an hour, 180 ice creams sold, €180 in revenue. Profit still drops from €50 to €40.
Episode 3
The Explanation Trap
Blaming the new girl sounds like an explanation. What Mira actually measured, what she only assumed — and the wage she forgot to pay herself.
Episode 4
The Measured Decision
Wage divided by margin: €5 over €0.50 is ten ice creams an hour. Mira's own average on day one was exactly ten — and day two came in under it.
Episode 5
The Test
Four days, two pitches, one variable: spot A sells 13 ice creams an hour, spot B nine. What a comparison looks like when you're allowed to believe it.
Episode 6
Ten Ideas, Six Spots
Ten suggestions from the board, time for six. Mira ranks them against a single number and says, for each one, what would prove her wrong.
